Some customers are daunted by the prospect of measuring windows for shutters, but in truth it’s very simple. All you need is a good quality steel tape measure, a spirit level, and a paper and pen. Instructions for measuring will vary slightly depending on whether you are measuring a bay window or standard window, and an inside or outside mount. To make it as easy as possible, we have created detailed PDF guides and a how-to videos for each window type.

Typically customers have no problems measuring for shutters, but once you have noted down the sizes, we do encourage you to take a break then come back to double check your sizes before placing your order.
